Practica

Today I harvested some herbs from my garden.
I made tabouli with my parsley, mint, basil, garlic chives, and leeks (plus a few other things) and started some vinegar infusions.
One has white balsamic vinegar with basil, chives and garlic.
The other has dark Balsamic and chives, garlic and basil.
They need to sit in the fridge for two weeks, and then I'll strain them and have delicious salad dressing & marinades & whatever else.

I also am drying the bulk of my chocolate mint leaves and making tea with them soon!
It's so exciting to grow something and have it survive.
